One Sunday I was attempting to distract myself from the "To Do List" items I was suppose to accomplish so I decided to make homemade Tomato Sauce! Who does that really, I guess just Peace Corps Volunteers with no where to go on a Sunday evening! It was my first time making homemade sauce and I did follow a recipe but it turned out pretty well! I am going to attempt to make more homemade sauce! It is MUCH MUCH cheaper, a lot more natural, and better for me!
As I was making it and the smell of Italian food was filling my house I could not help but think... this must be what my Grandma's house smelled like as a child!
